Data from
Speed units
How to read these numbers
Peak - the highest any player has recorded in a single match quarter. Use it as the ceiling when you want a drill at true match intensity.
Avg - what a normal quarter looks like. Use it for standard conditioning volume.
Top Speed - fastest moment recorded. % of Own Max Speed compares a quarter to that player's personal best, so 90%+ means near-flat-out.
Sprint Meters - distance covered at sprint speed. Sprint / Fast-Running Meters per Min - the same work spread over the quarter, useful for pacing drills.
Explosive Efforts - hard accelerations. Repeat-Effort Bouts - back-to-back high-intensity efforts with little rest.
Player Load - overall physical work in the quarter (Catapult's load score).
* Remotely recorded data - some match quarters were captured without the full sensor stream (numbers come from Catapult's summaries instead). A * next to a player means their numbers include such quarters - it is about how sessions were recorded, not the player. Hidden unless switched on in Filters.
Note: quarter numbers include time on the bench during rolling subs.
